Can you remember the last thing you think about before falling asleep last night?

The truth is that the most intelligent ones cannot tell you their last thought before sleeping. This is prove that at one point in life, the intelligent ones and the dull ones are equal.

Does this tell you something about sleep? But wait a bit. I want you to reflect from a personal point of view.

When do you usually sleep during the evening or day? And for how long do you sleep? You will be given answers to the questions so you look at your life and correct some daily errors that affect you negatively.

Now let's go back.

Since no intelligent person has ever told you the last thing he or she thought of before falling asleep, it tell you that sleeping is a transition from this physical world to the world beyond.

Before the transition, you clear your mind of all conscious thoughts before moving into the unconscious world. While asleep the subconscious mind (spiritual self) moves into the wonderland but constantly watching your body. It leaves some strings attached to your body.

These are the strings that prevent your spiritual self from getting missing. The strings pull your spirit in especially when it meets a challenge. This explains why when asleep at times you feel like falling though asleep and get up. You feel falling then suddenly get up.

As your unconsciously self gets into trouble and rushes in, it makes you feel like falling though asleep. Have you ever experienced this? When this happens you gain unexplained consciousness after feeling like you were about to fall. You either get up frightened or looking at everyone around you with great surprise.

Are you beginning to understand that you are a dual being! I am using sleep to explain this. Am I saying something? My focus is that you should not joke with your sleep.

Sleep is very important in the life of everyone. Spend sleepless nights at your disadvantage. It has many setbacks to your mental and physical health.

To your mental health, it weakens your mental strength just like alcohol and cigarettes does You reasoning is very shallow. If you're a smoker or drunkard who spends sleepless nights or go to bed late, know that you are shortening your lifespan. In short, you are a living copse.

When you don't sleep well or sleep for shorter hours, you will start reasoning poorly, you will start suffering from poor erection of your penis, lost of sexual appetite. You will always look seek even when nothing is wrong with you.

Remember that you normally need to sleep for 8 hours in a day. Anything less is bringing trouble to yourself.

It is while asleep that many developments take place in your body. It is during sleep that you brain gets its best rest. You should not joke with sleep.

Never wait for your body to force you to sleep.

Choose your hour of sleep even if you feel sleepy or not. This will help you stay healthy and strong.

Even though you can't recall the last thing you thought of before sleeping, your mind is capable of recalling most of the things you thought of up to 30 minutes before you fall asleep.

It's not possible to recall the last thoughts five before falling asleep. This means, sleep is an introduction to death. This makes adult and children to be the equals. Also the most intelligent and the less intelligent are equal. Nature does no discriminate.

No need to be afraid of death because you practice dying everyday. The only difference between death and sleep is obvious.

The first is a physical change while the second is a chemical change.
