Have you been spending sleepless nights as a result of one or more disturbances around you? If you are one of those who stay awake or sleep late then you suffer from one or more of the causes of Sleeplessness.

Before moving forward, let’s find out what sleeplessness is and also reflect on some of the causes of sleeplessness especially at night.

Sleeplessness is the inability to sleep. This is caused by worries about health challenges, marital affairs, low income, family problems, difficulty providing children’s educational needs, and negative attitudes from children or spouse, charge work schedule, a difficult trip to travel, poor sleep habits, not having enough food… and more.

All these causes can be brought under control. But it’s unfortunate that you still suffer from sleeplessness after being made to understand these causes. It is too bad; not so? Sleeplessness is not friendly to your health, not to talk of your performance. I am referring to mental and physical performances. Your productivity at home and your job will generally be low.

Even though you may not want to link certain feelings or health challenges to sleepless nights, it’s good to know some negative results of sleeplessness. Sleeplessness causes the following: lack of concentration, depression, headache, slowness in thinking, slowness in learning, slowness in decision making, hypertension, diabetes, heart attack, stroke, accident for those who drive, and irregular heartbeats, and dull appearance.

These are the potential results of sleep deprivation. I don’t know how anyone like you longing to enjoy this short live on earth, would allow his or her self to be troubled by these effects of Sleeplessness! Not at all. Unless you are insane. This article is to keep you on the watch. Some of your friends have been joking with sleep. I hope you wouldn’t be like them.

Too many worries will make you worry even more because sleeplessness will bring more hardship. No human being is perfect so stop worrying over things you can control and start living your life. Further more, stop worrying about things you can’t control. It’s like going to fetch water from a stream in a basket. Worrying over things like child baring, growth of crops in your farm, children or spouse’s wayward behaviors are things you can’t physically control. In situations like these, pray then seek for advice from experts around. You have experts in finance, education, marital matters and more around you. Search for them online and offline, and ask for help. Many are ready and happy to guide you. You just need to get their contacts then get in touch. They will guide and give you workable solutions. You just need to put what you’ve been told into practice… and there you are. Sleeplessness will be something of the past!

You will start sleeping like healthy babies. You need to enjoy this life. It’s quite short. The time you will spend on earth is shorter than when you will be in your grave. While alive, enjoy this temporal sleep. It’s what makes you to feel good, think freely, and decide well. So, why allow funny problems to keep you awake? Sleeplessness has caused more harm than good to you. Imagine where you would have been if not of sleepless nights! You now have junior colleagues who are your bosses because of high productivity. Because of sleeplessness, you don’t focus or think well, not to talk of making good decisions. Reasons why your business does not progress. It’s the reason why junior colleagues who get a full night’s sleep are promoted to become your bosses. They think well and make better decisions than you. It’s very sad to taking orders from a junior colleague who was once under you some few years back.

Now relax, there’s a way out. You can always remain a boss in your organization, or keep your business growing if you take care of yourself. A full night’s sleep that’s eight hours a night is great. I bet you , if you put all what you have read in this article into practice, then you will get all your desires with ease… sleeplessness is the silent thief that sucks your energy and desires away.

Do you know anyone who always looks frail, dull and tired, even very early in the morning? These are people who did not sleep well… or sleep very late. Some of them spent long night on sexual intercourse. Hahahaha…are you guilty?

A full night’s sleep is good because it helps you to: think more clearly leading great performance in school and at home, stay healthy and get sick less often, stay at healthy weight, lower risk of serious health problems like diabetes, prevents heart disease, reduce stress, and improve your mood, makes you get along better with others, boost your immune system, regulate hormones, improve your memory and appearance.

From what you have read so far, the importance of sleep cannot be over emphasized. It is an absolute necessity for you to stay happy, healthy, strong, and productive. Sleeplessness causes many health problems that can push you to your early grave. Remember your grave is where you will be permanently asleep.
