To travel to a destination, you need to move in a particular direction over a given period of time.

If you choose the wrong direction, you will never get to your destination. The same thing holds with sleep. You sleep and get up not feeling refreshed because you probably slept in the wrong direction.

That’s why after eight hours of sleep, you still feeling like sleeping when others are preparing to go work. Does this speak to you? It is a wake up call for you to check your direction of sleep.

Claim Do you know why you get out of bed on certain days feeling tired and weak instead of being refreshed and agile? But wait a bit.

Let’s reason together! Could your room or entire bed be the problem? Oh no. You surely sleep in the wrong direction. A direction that instead took you a wrong distinction. Sorrowful indeed.

Remember, when you lie in bed and don’t fall asleep after 30 minutes, hen check the direction you are facing. Also review what you are thinking about in your present direction. You may be like me who sleeps best and quickly when facing the back part of my bed. As I face the back of my bed, I make sure anyone sleeping with me faces the back also. Sleep becomes smooth when I finally sleep in the correct direction. On other beds, I sleep best when I turn and sleep with my head where my legs are supposed to be. That is my legs are instead on the head of the bed. The head of the bed is where my head is supposed to be.

If your direction of sleep experiences a lot of vibrations, sleeping would be difficult.

Right! But let’s review why sleeping directions change even when we did not plan to do so. Do you like to know the cause? This is it. Most often, what you eat may force you to change your direction of sleep. For example, if eat too much and start suffering from constipation, you will hardly sleep in a fixed direction. Also, when you consume too much alcohol and get drunk, you will not sleep steadily. Your direction will change constantly as result of body unrest.

There are times you drink too much alcohol and get drunk to the extent that while in bed, you feel like it is rotating. In such a state, you cannot sleep in a fixed direction. By nature some people can sleep anywhere… even in the market. Wherever you find yourself, use the right direction. Not that the best place to sleep is on a bed.
