As you can see the exercise is nothing but fun and it will help you explore your body so you can find your personal best. The instructions given will walk you through a sequence of processes that will allow you to explore your own unique body within each pose.

The instructions will hold space for you to find you within each pose. These classes highlights a series and sequence of poses, explores the why behind the pose and your unique body within each pose. Instructors will talk through a sequence of poses that will allow you to explore your own unique body within each pose. Each class has a different set of body mechanics that will target each muscle in each position. Most often we create a series of poses that aligns with the movements of each pose. During this time, you will learn the muscle complex, the unique muscle complex, the muscle anatomy, how you move, focus in on your breath, how to perform each pose, and your technique. The goal of this class is to leave you feeling like you have worked your muscles to the absolute limit, and return you to a place of balance and health.

Our team is comprised from both Fitness Professionals (Fitness Academies) & Yoga Masters (Yoga Therapy). We provide an excellent workout facility where we are proud not only ta know our own but also serve our clients needs throughout the entire process!

All levels welcome. The signature class of the Tae Kwon Do Association, this group training class focuses on the fundamentals of tai chi. This class is a perfect complement to the traditional practice. You will learn the basics of tai chi, learn the basic techniques, and develop the basic concepts you need to become a dynamic practitioner. A circuit-style class that combines Pilates exercises with yoga postures. Works on all fitness levels, from beginner to advance.

This is a great class to focus on flexibility. All levels. The vast majority of our classes are 30 minutes long and include a variety of techniques, including our signature Power Vinyasa.

It's the beginning of our new era of body conditioning and we're going to be training hard. This class will be a blast. It will challenge you and will build muscle.
